OPTION 1: Automatic update

Update directly using your HomeBiz18 program

Step 1. Connect to internet and Run HomeBiz18 program.
Step 2. Click on the button "Bi-monthly update via Internet" (2nd button from right, on the bottom row of buttons at the main screen).
Step 3. You will be prompted "Ready to update your HomeBiz data?". Click Yes, and another screen will appear.
Step 4. Click "[Select Proxy]". Select the correct proxy based on your Internet service provider. If you are using broadband access, select "no proxy".
Step 5. Click "Go" to begin downloading...
Step 6. After download, you will be prompted to proceed data update.

OPTION 2: Manual update

Step 1.  Connect to the Internet.
Step 2.  Download and save file jan2011.exe (1.9mb), apr2011.exe (2.5mb), jun2011.exe (2.2mb)
**** (Tip: Right click on the file and choose "Save Target As...")
Save it directly into your "Local disk C: drive" -> "HIWIRE" -> "HOMEBIZ18" folder.
You can save it to a thumb drive / portable harddisk if you are updating Homebiz on another PC.
(You may also ask us for a CD containing a whole new complete set of HomeBiz18 for just $5.)

Step 3.  After download is complete, go to "Local disk C: drive" -> "HIWIRE" -> "HOMEBIZ18" folder, dbl-click to run the downloaded program (jan2011.exe/apr2011.exe/jun2011). Continue with the instructions on screen.
Step 4.  It can take half an hour or more to update the data.
