OPTION 1: Automatic update

Update directly using your HomeBiz15 program

Instructions for use:

Step 1. Clicking on the button "Bi-monthly update via Internet" which is the 2nd button from right, on the bottom row of buttons at the main screen.
Step 2. After clicking "Bi-monthly update via Internet", you will be prompted "Ready to update your HomeBiz data?".
Click Yes, and another screen will appear.
Step 3. If you need a modem to dial-up to the Internet then you need to "Select Proxy". You have to select the correct proxy based on your Internet service provider. If you are using SCV, Magix or ADSL, you do not need proxy. If you have difficulty, please call Hiwire.
Step 4. Dial-up to the Internet and click "Go" and it will automatically download and update your program.
Step 5. Updating can take half an hour or longer.  During updating, you can disconnect from the Internet to save on Internet charges.

OPTION 2: Manual update

Instructions for use:

Step 1.  Connect to the Internet.
Step 2.  Download and open file Feb2008.exe (6.5mb), Apr2008.exe (5mb), Jun2008.exe (2.6mb) 
You may save it to a Tumb drive or CD (it's too big for a diskette) if you have to run it on another PC. Otherwise, save it directly to C:\HIWIRE\HOMEBIZ15 folder.
(You may also ask us for a CD containing a whole new complete set of HomeBiz15 for just $5.)

Step 3.  After download is complete, dbl-click to run the downloaded program (Jun2008) in the folder C:\HIWIRE\HOMEBIZ15. Continue with the instructions on screen.

Step 4.  It can take half an hour or more to update the data.  Make sure your screen saver is turned off, otherwise it will take even longer.
