You can select Road, Project or District (eg. District 9) to locate all the lisings in certain area. This system will indicate how many times they have advertised for that particular unit in the project (see active column). You can type in any remark (see MyRemarks) to include other information about the house while having conversation with the co-broke agent or owner.
